RAZOR SESSIONS//SHADOW SERIES

October 25th at VETIVER SALON-Palm Springs, CA

This educational session utilizes a Look + Learn style demonstration that is designed specifically for razor cutters. Stylists using either the guarded or straight razor are invited to join us for an in depth and intimate workshop. Now that you know your tool and the fundamentals of razor cutting, lets deep dive in to custom tailoring and detailing to the individual. Together we will approach a razor haircut through a thorough consultation and include hand styling as well as capturing the look on our live model.

This workshop will enhance your ability to create a bespoke experience for your guests by learning HOW to create, customize, detail and finish looks. We do this by considering the head shape, density, growth patterns, texture of the hair and the model’s features to create interest, balance and what’s most suitable for the individual. We will also discuss the benefits and usage of eco friendly + clean haircare as we finish our model’s new look by showcasing how to drop the brush and hand style for a looser, organic and lived-in look. 

This course is specifically designed for stylists that are all ready razor cutting and is paced quicker with more emphasis on creativity and expression than the introductory RAZOR SESSIONS//DEEP CUTS. I believe stylists will walk away with a new perspective and a series of techniques that can be applied with ones own individual vision.
